Excellent location, just blocks from bus/train station and walking distance to Jyvaeskylae's businesses and sites. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom should be equipped with squeegie because shower water splashes all over bathroom floor. Long hallways with laminate flooring are noisy; inebriated young folks like to play in them on weekend nights. Omena hotels don't have staffing, lobbies, lounges, or other amenities; they just function as a place to sleep. Overall a good value, comfortable, with free and reliable internet connection.

I stayed their for 4 days and there to was no place to throw the trash.

It was a good value for the money and the room was very nice. It was the first time that I have stayed at a self-service hotel and I liked the concept. However, as my phone was not globally enabled I had trouble contacting the hotel for assistance.

As I was traveling and did not have access to the internet, I had trouble getting my room number and pass code. If it could have been sent further in advance, it would have worked better for me.

The room was modern and convenient with a microwave, a large comfortable bed, and kitchen amenities, making the stay pleasant, and the cleanliness throughout the place was noticeable.

Great location (close to the train and bus station - 5 mins, close to the city center - 7 mins); tea pot, tea, coffe, sugar, microwave, fridge, tv - everything you need. Very clean. I can recommend this hotel with no doubt.

I missed forks and knifes (could be plastic ones at least).

The facilities are very simple.

We liked the location of Omenahotelli a lot. It was a walking distance from the Univercity area and also close to the shopping & restaurants.

We did not like the parking situation beeing so complicated which made the unloading the luggages so difficult. I did not know that we were given an inva room. Lighting in the washroom was poor. The showering was a bit challenging because an open area to the rest of the washroom. Washroom was clean and tidy though. Hope they add and extra pillow/visitor. A bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.

The room was spacious with a nice shower, making it comfortable for the stay.
